Isaac Mizrahi’s Spring 2011 collection was called IM Xerox as his prints looked like they’d been photocopied.
We saw very soft and feminine pieces, but he also incorporated some flirty sexy looks.
On a very mixed colour palette we were presented with long chiffon floral dresses, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, day dresses, silm pant suits, silk maxi skirts and shirts.

Key accessories included collars, clutches, and bracelets.
Front Row: Veronica Webb
Favourites: Embellished short sleeved dress and corseted gown with tulle overlay
Who I See Wearing This Collection: Michelle Obama, Marisa Tomei, Paula Patton, Veronica Webb, Kyra Sedgwick and Michelle Monaghan

The shocker of the week was André Leon Talley who didn’t sit in his usual front row seat. Instead he watched the show from the last row in the Theater.
Has he fallen out with his Vogue colleagues who were either in the first or second row?
Na, I’m assuming he just wanted to focus on the clothes. It can get a bit hectic with photographers in the front row trying to take pictures and others trying to claim front row seats.

It is a beautiful collection andIcan so imagine Michelle O wearing the white collared dress Hiedi is wearing. How beautiful! I really hope nothing is wrong with Andre Leon talley. I love him.
Fantastic from Mizrahi.
I must say though, it’s nice that you gave a glimpse into what it was like in that particular fashion show. Do you notice these things though? The tiny differences in each fashion show in terms of where people sit and what goes on? Is being at a fashion show everything people assume it to be? What’s it like?
In an era where the prettily rehashed often competes with the gratuitously outlandish, Mr. Mizrahi held up high his role as a Createur de Haute Couture…
IS HE PICKING HIS NOSE AND IN THE NEXT SHOT EATING IT?!!!! ewwwwwww gosh I hope not!!
