Jenny Packham’s Spring 2011 presentation included many Oscar, Emmys, SAG Awards, BAFTA Awards and Film Festival gowns.
The designer was inspired the age of debutante decadence and moonlight balls.
Her presentation had an old Hollywood feel to it as the looks were so elegant with intricate embellishments.
The colour palette was mostly neutral with some dark grey, navy blue, ice blue and the floral prints were perfect for summertime.
We were presented with jumpsuits, shorts, blouses with fringed embellishments, high-waisted pants, day dresses, cocktail dresses and gowns.
Gorgeous gowns, stunning gowns, red carpet gowns.
I was in heaven.
Every type of gown for every type of occasion was presented from chiffon, one-shoulder, asymmetrical, satin, beaded and open back.
If stars hadn’t heard of Jenny Packham before, they will take notice after this presentation.
Key accessories included shoulder-skimming silver chain earrings, rhinestone belts, floral print clutches, rhinestone clutches, cuffs and chunky cocktail rings.
