Before I quickly head out for my last show of the day, I just saw this picture on Twitter of Coco Rocha at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
The supermodel is hosting the pre-show event with Chelsea Handler’s sidekick Chuy.
Coco has long been a fan of Zac Posen, so it wasn’t a surprise to see her wearing a look from his Spring 2007 collection.
The gown was presented in purple, but I love the black version on Coco.
It may dramatic for a red carpet music event in LA on a hot sunny day, but we’ve always associated Coco with drama and glamour so this look is fitting for me.

A beautiful, flattering gown but seems a tad overdressed for broad daylight with a microphone in hand. I prefer the purple version but then that is just personal taste.
Black seemed to suit Coco’s skin tone and hair color. Bruna has darker hair. Black would’ve looked too gothic on her, so purple was a better choice. I love both colors and the fall 2007 collection. Gwyneth Paltrow wore look #44 to ’07 Oscars.
i love it, i love coco and i think she and the dress go perfectly together… maybe she’s little bit overdressed but it’s coco.
I do love it when stars wear dresses from past collections. She looks great. Is this the same dress Lucy Lui wore to the MET Ball a couple of years ago with all those wonder woman acccesaries
