When look one took the runway at Prabal Gurung’s Spring 2011 collection I cooed with delight.
As I looked over at Rachel Zoe, she was doing the same thing. I could tell we were in for a treat.
The colour palette was so refreshing from the beiges and nudes I’ve seen this season.
I loved the colour blocking with bold striking yellows, oranges and blues.
This collection was very feminine for a strong woman in control. This woman wants to show off her sexy side in these figure hugging looks which accentuate all that beautiful about the female form.
Models walked the runway in Prabal Gurung for Nicholas Kirkwood super sexy heels.
Favourites: The black dress with Swarovski details on the shoulder and the sky blue draped blouse with the saffron pencil skirt

i’m in love with this collection, it has so much power in it… my favourites are black dress (5th in first row) (i see cate blanchet in that one) and 1st in second row.
I love the collection’s color palette!
It’s so refreshing, especially in contrast to so many others of this spring collection, who for some reason thought “Nothing says ‘Spring’ like monochrome and beige!”
Agree completely, it put such a smile on my face. Beautiful colour range, but losing nothign in terms of design. Stunning.
