Carey Mulligan was at The Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills yesterday attending a press conference for her new movie “Never Let Me Go.”
I guess we’ll be seeing more of the British actress on the red carpet in the coming weeks as she promotes this movie and “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.”
At the press conference she look lovely sporting her trademark blonde crop wearing a Marc Jacobs Hannah dress from the Fall 2010 collection.
Her nude silk dress with jewelled bow detail at neckline is similar to the dress we saw on Alexa Chung earlier this year at the CFDA Awards.
Beige suede pumps complete the look.

I really love the dress and how it looks on her, but I preferred her pixie haircut. What I don’t like is her skinny frame, she looks skinnier than usual
I really love the dress too, although I think she looks so amazing in brighter colours. I agree about the pixie hair thing. I think the dress makes her looks skinnier, as does the pose, but I guess time will tell.
She looks nice, but this really, really ages her.
She always tend to dress in such a way that she looks much older than she really is.
A really nice clean look but I’d LOVE for her to wear a cute, sexy look just once. Even if it’s in a Herve Leger dress….lol
I don’t like the suede pumps, but everything else looked lovely. Carey graces the cover of Oct. issue of Vogue, Carey stars in Wall Street 2, and Carey duets with Belle & Sebastian on their latest single “Write about Love”… We’ll see/hear a lot of Carey – yay! I’m interested in this indie flick, too. Love Carey and Andrew Garfield.
Love everything about this look, except maybe the eye make-up
but that dress is adorable!
This is nice, but the nude seems to be the wrong shade. She looks washed out.
I don’t like this at all. Between the hair, the makeup, and the color of the dress, I think she’s completely washed out.
Hair and make-up mak her look a little ill… But dress is gorgeous!
I love love love it, for me is BDOTW contender
Beautiful, clean & classic
Pale lost little girl in mommy’s dress – not sure about this one.
i think she looks adorable. carey has this sophistication tht allows her to pull off dresses like this. it washes her out but she still looks so pretty. i like how her hair has grown as well
i love this dress on her! it’s so soft and delicate.
Love this! She looks too sweet for words!
Why am I wishing Michelle Williams was wearing this dress instead?
Yes…She would look great in this dress
I like the dress, but I guess that I will be the only one that doesn’t like it on her. For me, this young lady wants to look old. And, I think that it needs to be right about the knee.
Nope you are not alone
the dress ages her a bit, but I think it’s because of the haircut! she should go back to the cute super short trim. it looked so good on her!
