America Ferrera is there to promote her new movie “The Dry Land”.
At the photocall she continued to shun black by wearing a navy blue Black Halo dress.
Her dress wouldn’t look out of place on the final season of “Ugly Betty” in which Betty has a chic make-over.
Her cap sleeved belted dress was worn with gold Brian Atwood pumps.
I love the silhouette of this dress, despite its secretarial feel.

Definitely her hair up – I can appreciate the wide collar more as opposed to having it somewhat covered.
It seems to me the standout points of this dress are the collar and the cap sleeves… all the more reason to show them off! : )
