On Saturday night in London, Eva Longoria joined Victoria Beckham and the Ramsay’s at dinner at Gordon’s Mayfair restaurant, Maze.
She thankfully didn’t get the all black memo as she wore a dove grey dress from Victoria Beckham’s Spring 2010 collection.
You probably know by now that Victoria Beckham has her own twitter account, which she has set up only for Fashion Week.
I’ve been very skeptical regarding VB actually updating the twitter account herself, and I believe I was proved right when I read this entry:
“Out with @evalongoria who is looking amazing in one of my dresses from the fall collection”.
VB is a perfectionist and knows every inch of her collections. I don’t think for one second she would mistake this dress as a Fall 2010 dress.
Whoever is updating it on her behalf needs to know their Spring from the Fall, especially considering this is a short-term gig.
Back to Eva.
She does look amazing in the dress and I love that she didn’t go full on matchy matchy with the accessories which included a Ferragamo silver metal sandals and a black Ferragamo hayers clutch.

I must say (again) that I find all Victoria Beckham’s dresses SUPER ANNOYING!
I think VB were talking about the dress Eva was wearing during the day at the launch of her new fragrance Eva at the Perfume shop in Westfield London… She wore 2 VB dresses in one day!!

The tweet was sent on SATURDAY when they were out together for dinner and Eva was wearing the Spring dress.
Victoria wasn’t with Eva on SUNDAY for the Perfume shop launch when she wore her Fall dress.
Who ever sent the tweet got it wrong like I’ve explained.
She also tweeted (sp?) that Eva looked “stunning in a dress from my fall collection at the launch of her new fragrance today in London”. Was Eva wearing a spring or a fall dress to her perfume launch?
When I saw the tweet and the pic Im sure I was right in thinking it was from the spring collection, thanks for proving my suspicion. I HATE it when she writes on her Twitter ‘in love and light’. What the bloody hell does that mean?!?!?!

Regarding the twitter account. I do believe Victoria’s behind some of the updates considering there’s private pictures of Coco (the dog) and her niece Quincy…. just saying…
I don’t think FC is suggesting it is an impostor – just that she has a PA or somebody whose job it is to tweet on her behalf, someone who would be given the photos of the dog etc.

All of VB’s dress designs have a sameness about them. She has perfected this particular look, but does she have the creative ability and technical know how to expand beyond this? That’s if she really does do the designs anyway – sort of like whether she really tweets her tweets.
I think that Eva looks great in Victoria’s designs. They are very much her aesthetic.
