Jessica Alba joined many guests including Naomi Campbell at Quentin Tarantino’s dinner party which was hosted by Uomo Vogue.
The “Machete” actress wore a strapless Valentino Fall 2010 Couture dress.
Her strapless grey dress had a lemon organza overlay which had delightful floral appliqués on the hem.
I’m not sure if it’s the lighting, Jessica’s tan or that Jessica is just not selling the dress because I’m not a fan of this look.
It works much better on the model with her pale skin.
I also prefer the models lemon heels to Jessica’s Valentino rosette suede slingback sandals.
Let’s pray the only way is up for Jessica at this festival.

her hair is also terrible. she is such a beautiful woman i don’t know why she gets it so wrong sometimes
just kindly want to know whats wrong with her hair in this ocassion??
i do agree with you that she sumtimes gets her look wrong…..
I just think her side hair looks like it is at that awkward length of growing it out especially when styled like that you know? But I mean she’s so gorgeous even with a big potato sack.
I actually don’t mind it! She is certainly glowing… although last week’s Balmain BDOTW was miles better. The shoes are cute! Are they suede?
yes they are suede
bad outfit, the dress isn’t horrible but the lenght is awful for jessica…and the shoes and the clutch don’t work here!
I can’t tell you how much I hate it.
And that bag! Isn’t it too big?!?!
Jessica look amaizing in this dress!
but her bag is terrible!
xoxo
Constance.
The dress looks nice in the side shot. The heavy suede shoes drag the look down. The clutch is terrible. Her hair could be done better. Overall, I guess this is not a winner. Sorry, Jessica.
Agree with your comment, side on the dress shows the movement and lightness of fabric. Overall I like the dress but the shoes and hair let the look down.
I too agree.
Suede with a Couture cocktail dress???? NOooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!.
Bag which looks like those botoxed ones begining with a Z but also could be Roger Vivier given the clasp also looks silly.
Yet another unflattering look for Jessica. The shoes don’t go with the dress and the dress does nothing for her figure.
the dress is so adorable, yet Jessica manages to ruin it.
it’s such a risk wearing valentino couture anymore. it’s either spectacular or horrifying. unfortuntely, she didn’t look spectacular here and the accessories provided no relief.
why does Jessica refuse with all her willpower to wear something that flatters her body??
I have a terrible sinus thing going on and that dress looks EXACTLY like my nightstand with all the crumpled up kleenaxes.
Wha? I happen to love it.
Shes looks amazing to me
love it too
I actually do like the frock and the way she’s accessorized it, particularly in the side shot. Something is undeniably ‘off’, though. Maybe her makeup is a bit dark? A cuter updo might have also helped; but I agree it is hard to pull off this color combination with olive skin.
Tacky Tan and it hangs far too low for her boobs. Hating the shoes and clutch.
This dress isn’t flattering at all… And it looks like she stayed in the sun for toooo long and got 2nd degree burns. I think it would look better if the dress was a little bit tighter, and shorter, with a softer make up and hair. (Oh wait, that’s the model’s look. ¬¬)
I quite like this look excluding the shoes
I don’t like the dress. It’s not flattering on her petite frame.
