‘Little J’ made her comeback on the set of Gossip Girl yesterday in New York City.
Taylor Momsen has been touring with her band this summer, so this was her first day back at work.
She arrived on set wearing an Emilio Pucci Fall 2010 one-shoulder burnt velvet mini dress which isn’t as sheer as it appears on the runway.
Her gorgeous dress was paired with sheer tights – which were of course laddered – and Dr. Marten boots.
This is the second time we are seeing Taylor wearing Pucci on Gossip Girl, as she wore one of their Fall 2009 mini dresses last year.
How the rest of the cast keep a straight face when she walks on set is beyond me.

Season 4 of Gossip Girls airs in the US on September 13 at 9/8c.

the runway version seems different color and i prefer it, mainly to be honest cause of anja!!
Surprisingly, she doesn’t look as bad as she usually does.
But I guess it’s only because she didn’t pick out the outfit herself.

I guess I will probably be a minority here, but I am so happy Little J is back on GG! I love her character. I like the dress and the styling but I feel like I can almost see racoon eyes behind her glasses.

I’m beginning to hate her hair more than her eye makeup and I too am sad to see she is back on the show….
I’m trying to imagine the the stylists of GG have to put their feet down to Miss Momsen: “No hooker stockings, stripper heels or raccoon make-up on the set!” That must take a lot of guts.

I love the dress, just not on her. How does she manage to look so old? She is really starting to look like a hooker. I get it. She wants to be a bad ass and make people think shes mature, but dressing the way she does only makes her seem like the exact opposite. I mean really Taylor? You make Miley Cyrus look like the Virgin Mary.

i think she ruins the dress…i’m sure i’ve seen someone else in this and thought ‘wow…i’d sell my folks for this dress’… but cant remember who tho

In the green jacket she reminds me of cCousin It from the Adams family.
i don’t love the look, but i do love how much edge she gave that dress. also, connor paolo is giving his fictional big brother, ed westwick, a run for his sartorial money in those clothes.
I guess Jenny’s new storyline is how she left the upper east side and came back as a cocaine addict hooker.
I dont know why but I missed Little J.
She is such an unique character on this series.
Also she looks good in that dress.
