Girl Should’ve Had Fun Award
“Modern Family” actress Sarah Hyland walked the red carpet at the 2010 Emmy Awards tonight looking all grown up in a stunning Pamella Roland Fall 2010 gown.
Sarah’s silver charmeuse gown with braided straps and a chiffon cowl back is nice, but I wish she’d had a bit more fun on the red carpet.
This gown feels a little too old for her.
A Daniel Swarovski ‘Rival’ silver clutch and Chopard jewels complete her look.

A little too mature for her. Make this in jersey and in a bright, fun color and it’s a great look for her.
its pretty, but it is a tad bit old for her.
A little old for her maybe, but I love the old Hollywood glam look.
I agree … this looks is way too old for her, and the color does nothing for her.
Echoing everybody here, a bit too mature for her. But I appreciate that her make up and hair are flawless and that all in all she tried to dress for the event.
I echo everyone too, as Raquel does. However, for a young lady she is very well put together, especially compared to other actresses her age. She does look lovely, just not super exciting.
Oh dear…
Im not a fan of charmeuse unless its lingerie or a wedding gown. It looks to prom like
she’s actually 19 or 20, even though she looks super young, so i can’t agree with her being too young for this gown. this is way classier than anything miley wears, so yeah. i think sarah looks great.
this gown is for someone like Glenn Close, even at 19/20 this gown is still too old for her.
She should’ve worn something by Marc Jacobs, Christian Cota or another young designer that would allow her to look like the 19/20 year old that she is
I am trying to figure out why she’s wearing bedclothes to the Emmy’s.
I do like the look and it does age her but I say that when the Miley Cyrus’ and Taylor Momsen’s of the world are wearing next to nothing this is refreshing. This is her first big red carpet experience so Im sure she didnt want to take such a big risk.
