What a lovely colourful sight.
It reminds of what summer used to be like a few weeks ago in London before it started to become overcast everyday.
Leighton Meester and Blake Lively brightened up New York City yesterday, as they filmed scenes for ‘Gossip Girl’.
Leighton wore a Nanette Lepore Lady Gambler printed dress which is so incredibly adorable and oh so very Blair.
Her contrasting print tropical dress was paired with a yellow Nancy Gonzalez Crocodile bag and a key pendent necklace.
Blake may have been wearing blue Dolce & Gabbana shorts, but still shone brightly pairing her shorts with a yellow Madison Marcus top.
I adore her gold statement necklace by Fallon and cute yellow hair accessory.
I’d love the copy this look, sans the hair clip.
Both ladies opted for neutral coloured shoes which no doubt was to ensure your attention is not diverted away from what they are wearing.
Leighton wore kitten heels, whilst Blake wore trendy brogues from Anthropologie.
I love both looks, but I didn’t like Blake’s blue Mulberry Leah Hobo bag.
Her look would’ve been perfection with Leighton’s bag.

I love so much both looks but I LOVE Blair’s look, so cute and the colors are amazing. Serena’s look is really beautiful too and I love the blue handbag with it!!
so sunny, love it! I continue to feel the style director needs to remove one accessory from Serena’s looks. she always has one to many.

I love Blair’s look, and I don’t mind Serena’s, I just wish they would do something other than ‘boho’ or ‘mermaid’ with herhai, it is boring and I really don’t like it. I also hate brogues, so I think, without a doubt, Blair’s look is the best here.

I guess I’m a little confused on the term kitten heels. I though that they were very low to the ground (1-2 inches top) but those look like what I’d deem regular heels?
Leighton’s look is my favorite. Beautiful. The styling is perfect. And I don’t think that those are kitten heels. Aren’t they more like pumps?
I like Blake’s handbag. However, I find the outfit to be boring. Not a fan of the brogues. Ever. They remind me of my father’s wing tips.
This is the first time that the costume director didn’t over style the two characters.

Of all the beautiful color surprises we’ve gotten this week, this has to be my favorite. Makes me hopeful that summer will stay here for a little longer. Thanks for the sunshine, ladies!
i love, love everything about both looks. too bad these don’t go up for bdotw (since they’re set photos i guess they don’t count?), i’m sure both of them would win it on a landslide. i hate formal shorts but i think blake looks amazing in these ones and leighton is so, so adorable
