Taiwanese actress Patty Hou was a vision of pure loveliness at Vera Wang’s boutique agency “Choice Collections” opening party.
Patty wore an adorable Vera Wang Fall 2010 mini dress.
The draped tulle dress has scribble sequins decorating the bodice which create eye-catching effect.
Patty paired her dress with the same necklace the model wore on the runway, but her dress appears to be a bit shorter and has less black tulle on the skirt.
Her dress was paired with Jil Sander asymmetric leather sandals.
I think Patty is the strongest contender for BDOTW so far.

I think the dress is much more beautiful without the tights, so yes, she looks amazing.

Coming from Taiwan, I can’t tell how surprised I am to see a Taiwanese celebrity praised on Red Carpet Fashion Awards. Patty Hou and Barbie Hsu (once listed as a BDOTW contender) are famous for their stylish dressing and elegant attitude in Taiwan.

I chose this for bdotw over Dianna purely because the total look is flawless. She gets extra points for the shoes which is where the other look went spectaularly wrong.

Thrilled to see Vera Wang on the red carpet! Aside from Chelsea’s wedding gown, the last time a celebrity sporting Wang was probably Hilary Duff, but the “trying too hard” Duff sisters make me sick. So I’m glad to see someone who does Wang justice. I love this look! She looks as delicate and feminine as Wang’s design.
I don’t know if it is only me, but are asian stars always dressed SO amazingly? She looks wonderful, I can even look past theshoes, which I feel offset the dress slightly. The runway styling to me was slightly barbie on crack and taylor momsen (urgh) ‘s love child, but Patty really brings out the beauty and elegance of this dress. BDOTW for me!
One of the reasons I love featuring Asian stars is because their style is so impeccable.
Some say they copy head-to-toe runway looks too often, but when it looks this good it shouldn’t matter.
