New York based designer Susan Woo is being championed here by Olivia Palermo.
“The City” star was the epitome of casual elegance wearing a red Susan Woo Spring 2010 red cold-shoulder blouse at the Screening Of “The Big C” in New York this weekend.
Her bold blouse was paired with a floral print mini skirt, a black belt, classic red toe-cap pumps and a tan leather clutch.
