Many of you were keen to know who designed Leighton Meester’s floral print skirt which she wore whilst filming ‘Gossip Girl’ in New York recently.
The skirt is from the new ‘I HEART Ronson’ sportswear collection created exclusively for JCPenney and designed by Charlotte Ronson.
The skirt will retail for $25.20 and will be available at JCPenney and JCP.com in late July/early August.

I love the top and that skirt mixes together, it could have gone so wrong but it works great on Leighton. Very cute
