Kristin Cavallari sparkled on the red carpet at MTV’s “The Hills” Live: A Hollywood Ending Finale which was held at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA last night.
The catty star opted for a nude Zuhair Murad Spring 2010 asymmetrical mini dress which glittered with lots so crystals embellishments.
She paired her dress with silver Christian Louboutin heels which complemented those embellishments.
I like dress, but for some reason Kristin’s just not selling it to me.
Maybe it’s because her dress choice is too obvious or maybe because she applied too much fake tan.
How do you feel about this look?

i HATE the dress, i HATE her in the dress.
Great effort for the series finale. the women of the hills are not going to search hard for different designers. They all follow the LA formula for a night out meaning i must be thin, push up boobs or get boobs, add extensions, have on a mini and the “in brand” of pumps
I agree with the LA formula you cite, mm, except you forgot the overdone tan! I feel like I’ve seen this dress 1000 times before and everything about the look screams boring, unoriginal and zero personality. On the model, with her pale skin tone, the dress looks a lot better.

oh i do love when orange girls wear nude coloured dress just show how orange they look. it is gorgeous on the model but on her, its a HOT MESS!
Totally agree, on the model it looks really delicate but on her, oh no. It also seems ill fitting, the pose doesnt help and the shoes don’t seem to go that well with the dress.
I think it’s the flat, lifeless, obviously-extensions hair that kills it for me.
Twenty-something c-lister wearing a Herve-looking dress. Not exactly unexpected or interesting. She looks like she’s trying way too hard for attention. Maybe it’s because she is.
it’s the god awful malibu barbie extensions that really kill this, she barely looks like herself; in fact she looks eerily like the old pre surgery heidi montag here.
I like the dress on the model. Not really caring for it on Kristin. It’s too tight.

I just think she is one of the most boring girls to ever set foot in this planet. I can’t even find her beautiful, because she’s just so plain and boring. She could be wearing the most amazing dress in the world, and I’d probably still only be able to find it plain, boring and empty. She gives nothing.

If I was a celebrity and saw that this designer dressed THIS GIRL…i would never wear the designer. how sad that they have to dress her..cant designers say no? I never understood how or why certain designers decide on things..but, they need to decide a little better. dont you think? Fashion Critic…i hope you agree?
