Marion Cotillard managed to redeem herself at the “Inception” Premiere in Paris this weekend.
After her beachy Thakoon look at the London Premiere, she returned to Christian Dior saving her from appearing on Worst Dressed lists for two weeks in a row.
There’s a reason Marion is the face of Dior and this Christian Dior Resort 2011 strapless stone coloured tulip dress shows why, as it was Parisian chic at it’s very best and she radiates total elegance.
I love the black lace overlay and the bow detail which gives the illusion of a very tiny waist.
Whilst I was studying this look – failing to find a single flaw – the last thing I noticed were her Jimmy Choo Private sandals.
I love that they’re totally anonymous therefore allowing us to totally focus on her dress, her flawless make-up and chic updo.
As much as we will appreciate total turn around from last week, I’m sure Leonardo DiCaprio appreciates it even more.
Her beachy Thakoon dress didn’t quite complement his Italian handmade Giorgio Armani suit.

I beg to differ FC! In my pov, Marion isn’t as interesting anymore and in this look she does seem pretty, but also pretty broring & bland. I hated her previous look, but looking at her picture, all i could see were the bold red INCEPTION words in the background. She, on the other hand, I can really see. LOL!

I will agree that she’s kinda lost her spark, but this is a massive improvement from last week.

Marion is not one of my favs. But i find I like her look more when her hair is in some type of updo. She hasnt topped her vogue shoot since it took place.

I really dont like this look at all. Yes it is an improvement from her last outing but that isnt saying much.
The bodice looks really odd and I dont like the lace.
The shoes are fab but dont work with the dress.

I’m not sure I can focus on what Marion is wearing when she is standing next to Leo in a suit.
This is not one of my favourite looks from the resort show but it is still a beautiful dress. 2 things I don’t get-the shoes yes they are anonymous in colour but they look like really old lady comfy shoes-and the sticky uppy hair . Her make up is great though

I love the way she looks. Beautiful dress, beautiful woman. But, as much as it pains me to say it, my all-time favorite Jimmy Choo Private sandals just aren’t right with this dress. Something with one or two thin, thin black straps would’ve been my choice.
