Danielle Lineker – wife of legendary footballer Gary Lineker – was at Royal Ascot today in Berkshire to enjoy a day at the races.

Even though she’s married to an ex-footballer she’s still considered a WAG.

WAGs have steered clear of wearing Victoria Beckham’s dress collection in public to avoid comparisons, but Danielle becomes the first.

She opted to wear a white Victoria Beckham Spring 2010 dress with a square neckline and subtle padded shoulders.

I’m really glad she opted for this colour because we’ve seen the taupe version on both Janet Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow already.

Her look could’ve been really boring had she picked the wrong accessories, but thankfully she didn’t.

She opted for grey ombre hat, grey suede Louboutin’s and a grey Alexander McQueen Stingray print clutch.

I adore this look. Everything is so complimentary and effortless for someone who’s still new to being in the limelight.

She looks beautiful and has great style.

UPDATE: Danielle is actually wearing the runway colour. Between the flash and the sunny day her dress appears to be white in this picture.
