Natalie Portman has been named as the new face of Parfums Christian Dior.

The stunning actress recently signed a deal with the French fashion house to front a new campaign, which will be the first time she has represented a fragrance and cosmetics brand.

This deal means will no doubt mean we will start to see Natalie wearing more Dior more often on the red carpet like Sharon Stone, Charlize Theron, Marion Cotillard and Monica Bellucci.

On the red carpet at the 38th AFI Life Achievement Award honoring Mike Nichols in California last night Natalie did wear Dior.

She picked a pretty pink Christian Dior Resort 2011 dress paired with blush rose accented heels and a black clutch with a pink ribbon.

Hopefully this deal won’t signal the end of Natalie wearing designers like Rodarte, Zac Posen, Isaac Mizrahi and Miu Miu.
