Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon also attended the “Sex And The City 2″ Japan Premiere in Tokyo today.
Kristin continues to explore the wonderful archived collections at the Decades boutique.
This time she opted for a yellow taffeta Jean Patou Haute Couture dress by Christian Lacroix paired with a Judith Leiber clutch.
According to the Decades website this gorgeous dress was made by Christian Lacroix for Jean Patou’s Spring 1987 Couture collection. The collection was never produced because Lacroix left Patou to start his own line.
I love discovering the history behind a dress, which is why Decades is so addictive as many of you have recently come to realize.
Cynthia’s final hoorah for the SATC2 premieres was in Calvin Klein, which I think was fitting as she’s been loyal to the brand for so long.
Her black strapless dress by the minimalist brand had a twist with an asymmetrical hem and gathered details.
Thank god she got rid of those extensions as they weren’t doing her any favours.
Her look was paired with a black clutch and black ankle strap heels with a silver platform.
I’m sad the premiere’s are over, but the girls really did themselves proud.
I loved all the looks.
