Aishwarya Rai appeared coy as she stood by her husband when they attended the “Raavan” Premiere during Cannes Film Festival this evening.

The beautiful actress has worn Elie Saab, Armani Prive and Roberto Cavalli during Cannes, but on this occasion she opted for something more traditional.

Many you had said you hoped she would follow Fan Bingbing’s lead and represent her country on this world stage, and she has done so beautifully.

I see such an innocence here which is in stark contrast to the woman we saw on the red carpet with Eva Longoria a few days ago.

Her embroidered taupe Sabyasachi sari is worn over a forest green ensemble which is known as a choli.

I adore her make-up she’s simply breath-taking.
