The Brit actress blew everyone away on the red carpet at the “Robin Hood” Premiere during Cannes Film Festival this evening.

She wore an outstanding Marchesa strapless blue draped tulle gown with ruffle skirt.

I love the embroidered detail on her bodice which sparkles as brightly as her breath-taking drop earrings.

Like Aishwarya Rai, Kate is also sporting a voluminous bouffant.

I predict we’ll be crowning Kate Queen of Cannes, but we’ve only just started.
