Newport Beach Film Festival may not be widely known, but it has hosted premieres for successful movies such as “Crash”, “Layer Cake” and “Sexy Beast”.

Haylie Duff was at the Edwards Island Cinemas in Newport Beach recently to attend a screening.

The actress look great in her beach chic look wearing white knotted shirt with a 3.1 Phillip Lim twisted hem skirt from the Resort 2010 collection.

This skirt was recognisable by the mahogany leather belt which loops twice around the high waist.
