Victoria Beckham joined Ryan Seacrest and two young children on the American Idol stage for the“Idol Gives Back” event in LA last night.

She was there to talk more about poverty in eastern Kentucky, where “Idol Gives Back” has funneled money to provide books, food and other essentials to children in need.

Victoria said: ‘One in five children in the US live in poverty and these programmes give children a chance.’

The fashion designer was dressed wearing a black strapless dress from her Fall 2010 collection which we’ve seen her wear once before.

She wore her dress with black Christian Louboutin heels.
