Best Dressed Award
When Jennifer Aniston wore a pink Christian Lacroix Couture dress it was a historic moment.
Taylor Swift created another epic moment at the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards tonight, by walking the red carpet without a single sequin nor jewel embellishment on her gown.
Like Carrie Underwood, Taylor is up for many award tonight. In fact they go head-to-head in many categories.
The teen singing sensation looked divine floating down the red carpet wearing a lavender Marchesa Spring 2010 gown.
This gown is breath-taking from the embroidered details to the long flowing train.
Taylor’s gown was slightly modified on the bodice, as the runway version has more sheer illusions. Also skirt has been lined with a contrasting lilac layer.
Many of you have been praying for a change in Taylor’s red carpet looks, and there you have it.
See Taylor, you don’t need embellishments to sparkle.
A worthy BDOTW contender.
