Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Last night Janet Jackson attended the “Why Did I Get Married Too” New York Premiere.

Her look was nice, but it doesn’t flatter her.

If she was going to belt her navy Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 jacket, I would have preferred her to wear fitted pants for a more narrowing affect.

The harem pants make her appear very bottom heavy.

This could’ve been a great look but the pants kill it for me.

Demi Moore graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar’s April 2010 issue wearing Chanel.

You may remember we saw the candids from this shoot back in December.

In her editorial she wears Alexander McQueen, Christian Dior, Carolina Herrera and that beautiful feathered Jason Wu dress we’ve seen on Iman.

I had to do a double take of the picture of her wearing Jason Wu, because for a split second I thought it was Victoria Beckham.

In her interview she talks about the first time she met hubby Ashton Kutcher and why she prefers being called a puma over a cougar.

You can read read all of Demi’s interview at HarpersBazaar.com. Below are some of the highlights.

On whether she’d prefer being called a cougar or puma: “Cougar has become so distasteful. I really hate that expression. I prefer puma it has a sweeter quality, more elegant. And then somebody said to me, ‘Pumas are only for people in their 30s.’” Read more…

I’ve taken all your winners from the Awards Season’s polls and put them into one poll so we can crown “Awards Season’s 2010 Best Dressed”.

I’m sure you all know who mine is – Zoe ♥

I predict this will be a 3 clothes-horse race.

Anne Hathaway also attended the “18th Annual A Night At Sardi’s Fundraiser” event.

As one of the presenters she didn’t walk the red carpet with Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.

The actress took to the stage wearing a Prabal Gurung Fall 2010 long sleeved dress.

Her oxidized silver metallic stretch lace dress has a curvilinear peplum, and oxidized silver lace sleeves.

From the runway picture it’s clear the dress has been heavily modified.

The skirt is much longer which will explain why the peplum lays flat, and the sleeves are silver unlike the black sleeves on the runway version.

I prefer the runway version as it has more of an edge with the shorter skirt and black sleeves.

Anne doesn’t do edgy, so the dress was modified to suit her style.

What do you guys think?

Oh do I need to mention the tights and how much I would’ve preferred this look without them?

Na.  I’m sure you guys know my thoughts on tights already.
