This week saw the start of “Hong Kong’s International Film Festival”.
Tang Wei took to the red carpet for the opening night wearing a dark floral print Christian Dior Spring 2010 dress.
I love the print and that cute fluttery skirt.
I would say this was a great look but something is bugging me.
On this occasion it’s not the tights. In fact I don’t mind the tights with this look.
The problem is her decision to wear those mushroom Burberry Prorsum satin and leather boots.
I’m a big champion of seeing non-black heels on the red carpet, but in this case the black version of these boots would’ve worked better for me, or she shouldn’t not worn the tights.
From this angle it looks like she’s wearing open toe socks.

The shoes. The shoes. THE SHOES!
completely agree! those open toed boots are so unflattering and totally breaks up the line of her legs.
I think that if she wore the dress without the tights then the shoes would make more sense. To be honest, I think that the tights ruin the outfit not the shoes.
Either the tights or the shoes have to go, you are so right F.C.
