“The Bounty Hunter” New York Premiere – Jennifer Aniston In Donna Karan

It’s way past midnight here in London, but for some reason I couldn’t sleep.

It appears my red carpet senses were deliberately keeping me awake because a momentous occasion was happening on the red carpet in New York at “The Bounty Hunter” premiere.

Jennifer Aniston was on the red carpet not wearing a stitch of black. *faints*

This is the second time I’ve looked at Jennifer and said WOW.

The first time was at the Women In Film’s 2009 Crystal And Lucy Awards.

Many of you may think I’m hard on her, but that’s because I know she can look A-Friggin-Mazing like this.

Why be bland, when you can look this beautiful?

The actress wore a nude Donna Karan Spring 2010 asymmetrical dress which draped beautifully as she wore it off-the-shoulder.

She added gold bracelets, nude heels and a tan Ferragamo to complemented the dress.

BDOTW contender for sure.

I love this look so much I won’t mention her never changing hairstyle.

Finally! It neither black nor silver sparkly! And it’s not boring!

But can she please do something about about her hair! I know she spends thousands of dollars for it but could she do something different with it.

But she does look good in her dress. I love the style and accessorie.

  7. Ev March 17, 2010 at 02:19 #

I don’t have any proper words to express exactly how much I admire this look. I don’t even care about her hairstyle for she looks PERFECT here.

  8. Letícia March 17, 2010 at 02:20 #

One thing I always thought of Jennifer Aniston is that no matter how hard she tried, she was never boring. She’s so gorgeous, and her smile is so beautiful, and the colour of her hair matches her skin and her eyes…! Even when she was plain and predictable, she could never be half as boring as, say, Jessica Biel or Emmy Rossum (who is all about the dramatic dresses but still bores me to death). She’s so not boring that when she gives us a little more than a plain black dress she looks absolutely outstanding!

  9. Nick March 17, 2010 at 02:26 #

INCREDIBLE! I think she looks so heavenly in this. I hope she will try to experiment a lil more now :)

  10. Taylor March 17, 2010 at 02:34 #

She looks great. With the hair – if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

  11. Sofie March 17, 2010 at 02:41 #

She looks great, but personally I think she needs to wear short dresses to show off her amazing body & legs!

And btw, Jennifer looks absolutely gorgeous. So gorgeous that I had to write a comment about it. I will sleep with a smile on my face today.

  19. Erini March 17, 2010 at 05:39 #

Wow! It’s taken years for me to stop and admire her! she looks incredible, this gown was made for her, she carries it with such ease.

  20. Noora Al-thani March 17, 2010 at 05:48 #

    i second your WOW!
she looks 10x better than the model
    love her

  21. mol March 17, 2010 at 06:30 #

  22. Ingrid March 17, 2010 at 06:45 #

i so agree, she looks FAB!!!

  23. Koka March 17, 2010 at 07:00 #

oh, she looks so adorable! will vote for her, definitely)

  24. The One March 17, 2010 at 07:34 #

My other wow moment came in when she was indeed wearing black, but the dress could have never looked any hotter, she wore Chanel to the GLAAD awards and looked absolutely knock out.

    • Fashion Critic March 17, 2010 at 08:06 #

that was her best black look for sure

  25. Mar March 17, 2010 at 07:38 #

GOD!!!! She looks totally sweet and lovely! You should wear more colours my dear Jen (L) Thanks for posting so late FC ;)

  26. Laura March 17, 2010 at 07:46 #

LOL! Can’t help but laugh at your last line. Anyway, she does looks GREAT! Next, hopefully she’ll wear something brighter….red, pink, yellow….that’ll be nice.

    • Fashion Critic March 17, 2010 at 08:04 #

      woooahhh baby steps Laura.

      Baby steps
      :)

  27. Teresa March 17, 2010 at 08:21 #

OMG!!!! YAY!!! Correct me if I’m wrong but I think that we normally see her is really form-fitting or short dress so I think that this look is so refreshing on her. It seems like her looks for her’bounty hunter’ premiers are more risk taking. Can’t wait to see what else is in store.

    • Leti March 17, 2010 at 16:36 #

Totally agree! It really goes to show that sometimes less skin can be more sexy. And that just because you have the body to wear short skirts and thigh high slits, doesn’t mean you always have to.

  28. Cat March 17, 2010 at 10:05 #

She looks gorgeous! I’m glad she’s experimenting a bit more, I hope she keeps it up.

And about the hair, I know it’s the same, but it’s the beautiful, jealousy inducing same. When it looks that good, it must be hard to change.

  29. Marvel March 17, 2010 at 11:48 #

She looks fab.. I love the colour on her. SO glad she is NOT wearing black and I know its only Tuesday but I think Ive found my BDOTW

  30. ahot March 17, 2010 at 11:58 #

Oh yes, there is a wind of change i can smell here… Gorgeous! let’s just hope it will last…

  31. Elise March 17, 2010 at 12:23 #

She looks amazing, the dress was made for her and I love her “boring” hair :)

  32. ZzaRaZza March 17, 2010 at 12:47 #

    Gorgeous, simply fantastic.

  33. Linda March 17, 2010 at 13:25 #

    Yay!!!!!!!

  34. Elaine March 17, 2010 at 14:25 #

defo a WOW moment! she looks breathtaking

  35. Rach March 17, 2010 at 18:30 #

WOW! She’s not wearing black! Bring out the bunting! Seriously though, Jen looks beautiful, better than the catwalk model I think. She makes it all look so effortless too.

  36. Sydne March 17, 2010 at 18:49 #

Stunning. It reminds of Gwyneth Paltrow in draped Donna Karan last year—but even prettier!

  37. Linda March 18, 2010 at 01:43 #

Hey, wouldn’t it be awesome if Jennifer Aniston came to this sight and read all these complimentary comments? How good would that feel?? :)

    • Fashion Critic March 18, 2010 at 07:57 #

that would be funny. I think so celebs do judging by what Becki Newton told me

  38. whitestroke March 18, 2010 at 01:48 #

    WOW.

I’m not a fan of those kind of dresses nor that collection for that matter. But this is such a revolutionary moment and Jennifer wears it even better than the model.

She should really do something else with the hair. There are many different things a woman can do with long hair. Why not trying a bit of waves or curls sometimes? But all that is forgotten on this occasion.

  39. Amy March 18, 2010 at 23:34 #

I LOVE that dress on her. And I like her hair to!

  40. Kwetiio November 23, 2010 at 02:56 #
