Before Anna Kendrick’s big Oscar night she attended Louis Vuitton’s ‘Glamour’s Most Glamorous’ dinner in LA last night.
Anna wows me when she’s wearing gowns, I’m yet to fall in love with her wearing a cocktail dress.
Even though she does look cute in this Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 mini dress her look confuses me.
The dress says sexy and edgy, whilst the hair tells a less adventurous story.
A council estate face-lift would have been more appropriate with this look. (a tightly pulled back ponytail)
The actress arrived wearing a Louis Vuitton Resort 2010 3/4 length sleeve wrap coat, which I hate to say looks like a bathrobe on her.
Let’s pray she doesn’t bomb on Sunday night.

I agree, does look like a bath robe in the pic. But I’ve seen her out wearing it two nights in a row now and trust, FC, you’d like it. It’s just one of those pieces that doesn’t photograph well.
as much as i love anna, i do think she looks rather life less in these pieces.

Oh my GOD. Anna wearing something fun and interesting! Never thought I’d see the day. I really like the girl, but her red carpet style was bothering me greatly for a while now.
The hair is an overkill, though. I agree. Her hairstylist needs to learn to tone things down when things need to be toned down. Sometimes less is more.

FC is right, her shoes and hair let her down with that dress, which would look fine if styled better.
Maybe I’m just easily impressed, but I actually love both of these looks on her(even though she’s wearing the same shoes for both)!

I love the dress in the picture at the top. She looks so cute. Wearing a coat as a dress wasn’t a good idea in the second picture. She looks like a cream puff.
