Runway To 3rd Annual Women In Film Pre-Oscar Party – Camilla Belle In Jason Wu

Camilla Belle attended the 3rd Annual Women In Film Pre-Oscar Party last night in LA.

The stylish actress was not surprisingly the first to wear a look from the Jason Wu Fall 2010 collection.

We see Camilla in a lot of girlie dresses, so it was refreshing to see her sporting a different kind of look.

Her burnt orange silk sheath dress has a one side splattered in gold, which was very much a theme of Wu’s Fall 2010 presentation.

As much as I love Camilla, I’m not going to pretend I get her shoe choice on this occasion.

I will guess she didn’t want to be predictable by wearing gold heels.

That’s what I thought. I hardly recognized her after seeing her in that gorgeous black dress from the other post.

She should have worn red shoes to match the red satin in her dress. I am grateful she did wear blo-dy tights!

I think is is ok – much better than that feathered number she was sporting the other day. That was awful. More chicken less human. LOL!!!

I really like the dress, but the shoes and her hair kind of kill the look for me.

I actually like the length that the dress sits on Camilla…she’s quite tall I think so pulls it off well. The rich red and gold of the dress complement her dark hair perfectly.
However, the shoes? Hmm, jarring choice. Boo.

ugh those shoes! ruin the look competely

Those runway shoes (without the tights) would be such a great choice.

Feeling kinda snarky that out of so many dresses with volume and interesting silhouette she went for the one with the simplest shape. Oh well. I hope we’ll see those other dresses on the red carpet one day, too. I didn’t really get all the hate for this collection. Not his best, but I found he was trying to do something really interesting with proportions and it’s definitely a collection that will look way better on women that are not stick thin like models from that show.

WOW! if she had only chosen better shoes i think this would’ve been close to, if not, my choice for best of the week.

The dress is too long. It needs to be right above the knee. The material is amazing.
