When I first saw Toni Collette hit the red carpet wearing this Rafael Cennamo Spring 2010 gown at the 2010 SAG Awards, I wasn’t blown away.

I did love the gold and blush empire beaded bodice cascade gown, but I still don’t think it was quite right for the SAGs.

Last night at the 2010 Premio Lo Nuestro a La Musica Latina Awards, singer Paulina Rubio wore the same gown.

What I find very strange is that Toni appears taller and more statuesque, whereas Paulina looks short in the same gown which does appear to be modified.

For this reason I think Toni carries the look better, so she wins for me.

Veronica Sanchez was one of the many stylish women to attend the 2010 Goya Awards in Madrid this week.

She dazzled wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2010 asymmetrical LBD with embellished details.

We’ve only previously seen this dress paired with a jacket on the runway, so I’m glad Veronica allowed us to see this dress in its full glory.

Christian Louboutin heels and a black clutch completed the look.

Model Nieves Alvarez arrived at the ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ presentation in Madrid looking gorgeous.

She walked the red carpet wearing a stunning red one-shouldered mini Juanjo Oliva’s Spring 2010 dress.

I love the fold over details which gives the dress exaggerated hips and a beautiful silhouette.

The dress is perfect for her and I love everything about this look excluding the….

You guys know the rest.

Narciso Rodriguez’ Fall 2010 gave us all his signatures.

Sleek tailoring, cut-outs, minimal lines and this time was saw more looser silhouettes.

Batman hats were in for Fall 2009. This season we have the bowl-shaped hats which are just as bold.

I loved the ombre looks. The green one was subtle, but the orange ones stood out like a beautiful flame.

We were presented with shearling cropped jackets, silk pencil skirts, asymmetrical dresses, an ombre angora coat and tapered pants.

A lot of the looks had one-sleeve, and the colour palette besides orange was mostly black and grey.

Kelly Rutherford, Tory Burch, Leigh Lezark (yes again) and Lauren Santo Domingo were in the front row.

Oh no.

Leona Lewis attended the Harper’s Bazaar presentation held at the Casino de Madrid last night in Spain.

The first thing I that came to mind when I saw her was, “You can’t pull this off”. A line delivered by Christina Applegate to Jennifer Aniston in “Friends”.

The caped crusader wore a black Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2010 dress, with tights and black pumps.

To complete the look she piled her hair high on her head and added bright pink lipstick.

From looking fabulous at the Brits, Leona does a complete 180.

Although I’m loving the change in direction from the predictable uninspiring gowns she used to wear, there’s nothing I like about this look.

She doesn’t even come close to pulling this off. As hard as she tried.
