Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Monthly Archives: February 2010

I hope you enjoy our video of some of the celebs – guys and girls – who walked the red carpet at the 2010 BAFTAs last night.

Kimberley Walsh was one of the first to walk the red carpet at the 2010 BAFTAs as she was presenting for MTV.

The Girls Aloud singer has a body to die for.

Her bootylicious body would give Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez a run for their money.

She was smart to wear a feathered cape as she was on the freezing cold red carpet for about 4 hours last night.

The cape was very complementary to her figure hugging Jenny Packham embellished gown and she informed us that under her gown she was wearing Fendi heels.

That’s the end of my BAFTAs red carpet coverage. Go back to page 4 to see it all.

Video footage and Best Dressed poll to follow.

Like Jamie Winstone, Sam Taylor-Wood paid tribute to the late designer Alexander McQueen.

Sam arrived with her toyboy Aaron Johnson to the 2010 BAFTAs wearing an Alexander McQueen Spring 2007 dress with Boucheron jewelery and YSL heels.

She looked so cold I think she wished she’d worn the white cropped shirt as shown on the runway.

You can’t tell in this picture, but her embroidered dress was covering her tiny baby bump.

Bonnie Wright looked beautiful as she walked the red carpet at the 2010 BAFTAs.

Like Carey, Bonnie loves Prada and that love affair continued last night.

The “Harry Potter” actress glided down the red carpet in a golden Prada plunging dress paired with matching Prada shoes and a Prada embellished clutch.

For some this maybe to one-tone or matchy matchy, but it worked beautifully on the red carpet.

She has great poise and knows how to work a red carpet.

I was quite impressed by her.

You may remember that I only discovered Willow during New York Fashion Week recently, but it looks like Edith Bowman knew about Willow before me.

The TV presenter was on the red carpet for the official sponsor Orange last night wearing a wave print strapless Willow maxi dress.

I would’ve expected her to wear a British designer like Matthew Williamson, or Burberry but she opted for a dress by Australian designer Kit Willow.

The dress was nice, but I wasn’t so crazy about her hair.

The poor lamb was so very cold last night, opting to wear her fur coat between takes.

Us girls do suffer for fashion.

Gabourey Sidibe walked the red carpet at the 2010 BAFTAs last night looking very confident.

When we asked her who was she wearing, she just smiled and waved.

We asked one of the PRs to chase her down the red carpet and ask her.

They told us she was wearing a custom-made Tadashi Shoji gown.

The gown is pretty, but I would’ve liked it more with long sleeves.
