   I had to give it to Mo’nique for her angelic look with the flawless makeup and hair. Keke is a close second. The Siriano dress on K. Hilson is awesome, but the shoes took her out of the running.

    I was torn between Keke Palmer and Keri Hilson. Keri Hilson’s dress is amazingly beautiful and would’ve been the best dressed if only her shoe, and make up were on par with the dress. Keke, however, has a more complete and perfected look from head to toe! The color looks divine on her!! She wins it for me.
