Best Dressed Award
Mo’Nique did walk the red carpet at the 41st NAACP Image awards, but this portrait picture taken of her at the event was the only one which showed the detail in the bodice of her Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 gown.
The basket weave detail is what really makes this look so interesting as it adds a lot of texture to her look.
Mo’Nique’s confidence on the red carpet has continued to grow this award season, and as a result she’s giving us more impressive looks.
She was definitely one of the best on the night, as both her hair and make-up were flawless.
She wasn’t only a winner on the red carpet, she was also a winner at the event accepting the “Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture” award.

Monica looks sooo beautiful, angelic
Angelic is the exact word I was thinking. So beautiful and flawless here.
Her makeup is flawless – her skin absolutely glows.
Best of the night??? Are you kidding?? Have u even seen Keri Hilson’s dress?????
yes. what’s your point?
my point is that keri was the best of the night not her and the results on ur poll proves it!
I was being sarcastic. I just don’t understand why you had to question my choice in the first place.
Surely I’m entitled to vote for who I want to vote for, and you guys can do the same hence adding your poll for your opinion.
Your comment is just rude and your acting there is a right or wrong when it’s just an opinion.
If I was FC I wouldn’t have posted it.
I personally think Keke was best
Now this is white done right. She looks beautiful, but not at all bridal. I must say I really admire the confidence with which she always carries herself.
On a side note, I kind of prefer the darker version of the dress because you can see the detail better, but for Monique, white was definitely the way to go.
agree on your last point
She looks beyond beautiful. This is one of her best looks! I am pleased and impressed how she made it work for her because it is difficult to see potential in dresses when they are on stick thin models.
I agree – Mo’nique looks radiant here, excellent choice.
the dress is gorgeous but i agree with leti the darker version shows the detail better.
haha i love her husband’s facial expression in the last one. he KNOWS she looks good. which she does, of course.
