Erin Fetherston’s Fall 2010 “Chelsea Girl” collection was as you would expect: ethereal, girlie and totally wearable right now.
It suddenly occurred to me half way through the show that I was viewing a Fall collection, but I was in a Spring haze watching the dewy-skinned models who all sported long bangs and poker straight hair wearing floaty maxi dresses, pretty prints, billowy-sleeved blouses and mini skirts sans tights.
I’ve seen a lot of velvet this fashion week, and at Fetherston we saw velvet blazers paired with white maxi dresses.
I noted a lot of bronze mini dresses which will no doubt be the party pieces of this collection.
Like Victoria Beckham, Erin is her own muse and her clothes reflect her style.
Karen Elson, Zoe Kravitz and Whitney Port were in the front row along with Damon Dash (?!?!?).

OK…now it makes sense
This collection looks like it would suit Keira Knightley’s style…the bangs on the models reminded me of her.
