Supermodel Natalia Vodianova attended the “Fashion Dinner For Aids” in Paris recent wearing a Navajo inspired dress from Louis Vuitton’s Pre-Fall 2010 collection.
Natalia can be a bit hit and miss for me, but I love her in this hot pink and khaki colour combo.
Her hair and make up is great too, with well matched pink lips that make her blue eyes pop.
You may disagree but I think the stockings adds an interesting edge to the look, plus I appreciate that she hasn’t tried to be too girlie with it.
Also if anyone can get away with this look, it’s a supermodel.

When I read this post I thought: “Am I imagining things? Can FC really be saying that she likes those stockings?” and then I realised it was Sophie. You two have such different taste. And I think I sort of agree with you here. Not keen on the shoes, though.

I agree on the stocking – a very interesting choice.
It looks like a little mess but I love Natalia’s style- full of grace so chic and aristocratic, every time she astonishs me and stands out!
im just glad it isnt black tights. not sure about the shoes but i do LOVE the rest.
Um, this isn’t working for me at all. It appears as though she is trying to be edgy, but she just comes across as messy and unkempt.
seeing her stockings and that pose just make me think street walker, the best term i can think of for a you know what.

Boots with that stocking detail might have worked, as in the runway model, but for me this just looks silly not edgy, and I really dislike the shoes.
Love it. Much better than the runway look with those Pocahonta boots – what are they all about???
She comes verrrryyy close to pulling it off, but not quite. If just one factor had been different (sleeker hair, or a different shade of stockings, or a different length) it would’ve been disheveled perfection.

I really like this dress. It’s a beautiful pattern, but I don’t like the dress on the model or Natalia. I don’t think that the shoes/boots/tights do it justice. I am looking more at the legs and feet than the pretty dress.
I tried but sorry…I REALLY don’t like this look! The hair and stockings just don’t do it for me!
I hate the tights. She needs to throw that trend away.
