Runway To Chanel Rouge COCO Dinner Party – Kate Bosworth In Chanel

Last night in New York Chanel hosted a dinner party in honour of Vanessa Paradis who is the face of “Rouge COCO”.

Kate Bosworth was one of the guests who was of course wearing Chanel.

Her Spring 2010 red white and blue striped dress is so beautiful, but my love for this look ends at the hem of Kate’s skirt.

Granted it freezing in New York. The weather is so bad that my flight to New York for Fashion Week had to be postponed, but white tights??? *shivers*

Sorry it just leaves me cold, as does her lilac and navy Christian Louboutin Maggie heels.

I do however love her bun and her white Chanel clutch.

Oh i love her dress and how it gives a defined waistline. But the color of her dress-shoe-clutch combo is totally wrong for me. The colors are so confusing! And those tights…. sigh.

I think she looks adorable, even with the tights, and I absolutely HATE tights paired with dresses… but these are so subtle, and I also think her shoe choice was perfect… more classy and romantic than those runway mary-janes!

The shade combination of these Maggie pumps is hideous, and so are the white stockings. What really mesmerizes me here is her perfect bun, love it!

gorgeous! love the dress, hair and clutch combo. i actually dont mind the white tights…they’re not obvious. what i dont get are the heels though…they dont match even though theyre amazing

I don’t really mind the white tights strangely, but I would definitely opt for different shoes. Maybe these McQueens?

Of course you could, just depends on where! Personally I think they look more like an instrument of torture, and wouldn’t look out of place in a film about de Sade….

White pantyhose used to be perfectly acceptable and they should be again. They still are for weddings and in the bedroom. Here on Ms. Bosworth, they look AMAZING, absolutely so pretty.
