I was expecting to immediate dislike whatever Miley Cyrus wore to the 2010 Grammy Awards, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The girl who has a knack for not dressing age appropriately for once got it right with this denim Hervé Léger by Max Azria Spring 2010 bandage dress.
The dress is dark and moody, so I’m surprised – but thankful – that Miley kept her make-up light.
Her look was paired with black strappy Balenciaga sandals and a box clutch.

the dress looks very nice on her. I do not like the gladiator sandals trend, but they do not look that bad, so I canreally complain about her hair. The extensions are excessive.

This look feels too rock-n-rollish for a girl who sings cheesy kid pop. Her face expression is a little funny, and she looks like she’s trying way too hard. Not liking this at all.
Meh – she looks ok, but the pout ruins it, plus it’s very similar to that hot Herve Leger (?) dress with the square shoulders I remember her wearing a while back.

I was so nervous when I remembered that Miley was going to be attending the Grammy’s since her previous red carpet appearances have been pretty bad.
But I think that she does a good job with looking age-appropriate. The navy blue looks gorgeous against her skin tone though I would have liked to see her in a brighter color.

yeah i agree, the overly long hair/extensions are looking a little trashy. i think i would have liked this a lot better if her hair was at least half up, it feels like there’s just too much hair lol

An improvement but I honestly think her face is lost in all that hair. I wouldn’t mind a little more lip colour – unless its just the expression. I would have preferred less shoe as well.
I don’t usually like Miley, but I think she looks nice. Not amazing, but nice, great colour and a simple clutch. The shoes are nice too. But her messy strange hair? Not feeling it.

I think it’s very age appropriate because it’s hip and short. I love the unique, dark and dreamy color. I think the sandals were too much though. And I agree with most posters—the hair extensions are almost bordering on dreads and have to go. They are wearing HER rather than the other way around.

the dress is pretty and flattering without looking overly porn-starish which is different from what I usually see BUT too much foundation, blusher, rubbish all over her face. She looks like she dunked her face in a vat of butter and fake tan. It screams Katie Price.
