Blake Lively was seen filming scenes for “Gossip Girl” earlier this month in New York wearing a Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 2009 wool funnel neck coat.
I love the colour combination of navy blue and black, which looks so chic against her blonde hair.
My favourite part of this look though is the embroidery detail on the cuffs and shoulders of the coat. The yellow adds a nice pop of colour to this outfit.
I really like the leather in this look from the boots, to the Alice + Olivia leather leggings and the gloves as it adds some real sexiness to an otherwise quite casual look.

I love the coat and I like the boots, but I don’t like the boots with the coat. I think it would look much better with a pair of heels.
Oh my god, terrible outfit! What has happened to this show’s style? I might as well not watch any more considering the plots are ludicrous. Now the only reason as to why I loved this show, the fashion, has declined rapidly.
I love this look. But every time I see leather leggins on people, all I can think is: “How on earth do you get in and out of them?” lol
I like it but there is an element of moonlighting superhero to it.
