Thank God It’s Not Dior Award
As much as I love Dior and Marion Cotillard in Dior, I was thankful she opted for another designer tonight.
Last week several people picked the exact dress she was going to wear at the Globes, which just highlighted the fact that she was becoming too predictable.
I LOVED her in this Elie Saab Fall 2009 Couture draped one shoulder white mini dress.
I adore the embellishment plus the floral appliqué detail at the hem of the dress.
Her dress was paired with the runway heels and Chopard jewels.

I’m not feeling this look at all. I guess I always compare her dresses to the white fish scale one and she always comes up short after that amazing awesomeness.
If there’s one thing this dress is not, it’s predictable. The shorter length, the lack of Dior label. And boy am I so glad. I love the pop of color in the emerald ring. This is a look I love.

I don’t like short dresses at important award shows but I guess Elie Saab doesn’t make regular short dresses lol. Marion looks freaking amazing. I love the hair, the make-up, the jewels… everything.

Love the dress but I wish she had worn some earrings to light up her face. And I know the shoes is from the runway but can’t help but wish she had worn a different pair, maybe less clunky.
