Prior to wowing us all in Dolce & Gabbana and making our best dressed list with her beau John Krasinski at the Golden Globes, Emily Blunt walked the red carpet at the BAFTA/LA’s 16th Annual Awards Season Tea Party in LA.
The British actress stood out from the crowd in this Carolina Herrera royal blue satin dress from the Pre-Fall 2010 collection.
This shade of blue looks so elegant against her brunette hair and the detailed neckline adds an interesting touch to this look.
She teamed the dress with nude Jimmy Choo ‘Private’ sandals and a matching clutch.
Emily is becoming a firm favourite of mine and her last few appearances on the red carpet have really impressed me.

WHY can’t she pose ? lol
I agree, she always looks kind of awkward
I love the color of the dress, she looks cute
her hair always looks flat…
anyways, i like the colour but i dont think the dress really flatters…
Great shade of blue, but this dress made her look 10 years older.
the colour of the dress is fantastic but im not sure about the style of dress, i agree with leo it ages her. the choos are nice a bit plain for this dress.
a little question does anyone know if the carolina hererra shoes are by her or made by another designer? they are gorgeous.
Thanks for featuring Emily in this dress.. i distinctly remember there was two dresses i loved from the pre Bafta tea party!
She looka great, but I think she would look better with red lips
