Versace has announced that Georgia May Jagger is the face of its Spring/Summer 2010 campaign.
She was recently voted Model of the Year at The British Fashion Awards.
The campaign was shot by Mario Testino in London at the beginning of November 2009 and will be showcased in editorials from February 2010.

Donatella Versace said of Georgia: “She’s smart, a strong personality, beautiful, full of energy… and with that natural star quality, I adore her! She’s perfect for this collection – A real Versace girl.”
It looks like Georgia is set to follow in her mother’s footsteps, as Jerry Hall also modelled for the label over twenty years ago!
Georgina is currently the face of Hudson Jeans and Rimmel London.
She will be taking over from Gisele Bundchen as the new face of Versace. Wow – those are some beautiful boots she’ll have to fill!

I have been drooling over the whole of this collection for some time now and especially adore the thigh skimming skirts, which Georgina certainly has the legs for.
Donatella took her inspiration for the Spring 2010 collection from Tim Burton’s “Alice In Wonderland”.

Personally, I love the shots and think that Georgia is a perfect ambassador for such a vibrant, sexy brand.
What do you think?

I love her! She’s a true example of rock royalty, she’s beautiful but with an unexpected twist (the space in her front teeth) and she’s got personality. Thank God this time Donatella has chosen the right testimonial and not the nth celebrity (I hated the campaigns with Demi Moore and Madonna).
I couldn’t agree with you more Terry!
WOW, i love how all the colours pop, when i first saw it i worried the colours might look tacky in person, so i hope they look this vibrant on the red carpet, I’ve got Blake, Zoe & VB my list of people i wish to see wearing these pieces.
the campaign is really cool!well done
OMG!!! I’m in love with all of these pieces. And Georgia is looking so beautiful in them. I especially love the black/white suit. God I wish I had the legs to wear sth like that
The collection is amazing, and Georgia is a perfect fit for that style! Good choice =)
I just recently found out about this website, but I have to say you’re doing a great job! Congratulations
thanks so much xocoatl. We appreciate your kindness.
Thanks so much! Glad you’re enjoying the site
Jerry and Mick produced one gorg kid, agreed that she is a perfect match for Versace.
i almost fainted in asda when i opened up vogue and saw this ad, it was stunning and the colours make me all tingly
She looks amazing and the shots really fit the brand
She looks like Brigit Bardot. Stunning:)
Love the campaign!
The only thing I truly fear is Rihanna or Lady Gaga wearing those heels in the last shot – I get frustrated just thinking about it!
