Apart from the ‘Can can’ heels, the other stand out piece from the Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2009 presentation were the ‘Daisy’ necklaces which came in eye-catching pink, gold and black.
Inspired by paper chains the ‘Daisy’ necklace is a playful yet elegant fashion statement.
The chain with 23 links retails at £655 / $1,050 plus is also features padlock with a Louis Vuitton engraved golden metallic plate.
On Topshop.com I spotted their Loop Link Necklace in gold plating loop.
Their Freedom necklace cost a mere £18 from Topshop UK, and $45 from the Topshop US site.

Last year a pre-blonde Rihanna wore the Louis Vuitton Daisy necklace in silver to the “3rd Annual DKMS Gala” in New York City, whilst Gwen Stefani was spotted on photoshoot back in April for Elle US wearing the necklace in gold.
The necklace never made the July 2009 cover though.

This Louis Vuitton Daisy Necklace reminds me on necklaces I made as a little girl for carneval costumes (I guess princess) out of golden sticky paper … ages ago…-:))
I don’t really fancy them.
I ust might get it too… and put my student discount to use….. I love Top Shop….
I bought that Topshop knock last fall. One it once and it fell apart… it was cute though.
I’ve got silver ones of these my great-grandmother used to wear. They are really different and I’ve always loved them!
