In the People’s Choice Awards Best Dressed poll Hayley Williams may have only received 1% of your votes, but from reading your comments it seems few of you loved the dress as much as I did.
Rebecca has finally solved the mystery as to who designed this dress – Chelsea Rebelle.
Chelsea Rebelle is designed by Sarah Bannon from New Zealand.
Her designs are modern and flirty, whimsical with a dark twist, always focusing on luxurious fabrics and a sleek silhouette.
I love the way Hayley is posing in a similar way to the model, so cute.
I much prefer Hayley’s version with the contrasting bows, which do you prefer?

I prefer the constrasting bows, too, but I think they would look better if they were smaller like the model’s.
Totally agree with you…
I defenitely prefer the all black version, looks more edgy to me.
definitely Hayley’s version… when I look at the dress it reminds me of cake
don’t know why….
all black wins for me, less in your face
i liked the shoes, do you know where they are from?
I’m trying…..I’m trying……..Nope – just don’t like it. Would be cute on a three year old though.
I don’t like it but the all black dress looks better
I like both, depending on my mood – the heightened contrast of the bigger white bows to black dress for when you want fun and funky; the smaller bows and all black for more a more downplayed chic look. Thanks for intro’ing this designer, I checked out her web site and will watch her in the future!
