Thandie Newton like so many of my girl crushes, never has a day off looking fabulous.

I wish everyone would give us this much perfection every time they hit the red carpet.

When Thandie attended “Solange Azagury-Partridge’s Stoned Jewellery Collection” which was followed by the premiere of “The Letter” at Home House in London, she looked outstanding wearing a Vivienne Westwood Red Label Spring 2010 strapless dress.

Thanks to Leona Lewis we have been pretty maxed out on Vivienne Westwood, but nothing could bore us about Thandie.

Her lilac taffeta version was breath-taking, as she paired it with a stunning necklace from Solange Azagury-Partridge’s amazing collection.

BDOTW contender.

I would never have thought that necklace would work with the dress, but it’s perfect. Makes the overall look a little less light and summery. Not wild about the ankle straps on the shoes because the bottom of the dress is so dramatic, and the ankle straps interfere with the line.

Leona Lewis should take a look at this collection! I think she’d pull it off rather than the same boring VW dresses with corsets and ugly ankle boots.

Thadie looks gorg, but also, in this outfit, she seems like someone with the most adorable, fun personality – I love this, it tops Cate for me, regal as she looks….

Normally I think she looks really sophisticated and beautiful, but this just doesn’t work for me, and I don’t know why. I think it makes her upper body look strange and her legs look incredibly short. And I really dislike the fabric.

    But the necklace is STUNNING!

This might be controversial… but I’m not keen on the shape of the dress below the waist – though will give Thandie credit for great poise as always.

Although that sounds delightful, I don’t think we would appreciate her as much.

Look at Leona Lewis as a perfect example of woman overload.

She is definitely in my top 5 consistently well dressed actresses.
Number 2 behind Cate this week for me. Gorgeous.
Would love to see someone wearing the pink runway version too. Maybe me? Ha ha.
