Runway To X Factor Week 6 – Dannii Minogue In Lisa Ho

On Saturday nights X Factor, Dannii Minogue surprised us all by not wearing J’Aton Couture.

Instead she wore a strapless gown slashed to her thighs by Australian designer Lisa Ho.

It’s a beautiful look, but Dannii has spoilt us with so much couture this series that this look didn’t have same wow factor as previous week.

I loved Danni’s hair, and the stunning silver statement necklace she paired with her sandy gown.

I loved Dannii’s Lisa Ho Spring 2009 printed kaftan, but it didn’t feel quite right for a Sunday night TV show.

It was perfect for St.Tropez or some other luxury holiday, but alongside Cheryl’s futuristic look Danni looked really out of place.

I also didn’t like her ponytail.

Firstly because it was crimped and secondly because I’ve grown so fond of her with shorter hair.

Burgundy YSL heels completed the look.

another week for dannii in my opinion. i do hope she sticks with the shorter hair though it is really nice and compliments her face.

Another great saturday night gown for Danni… loved the necklace and she looked truly gorgeous! Good on her for wearing Lisa Ho as well..been awhilse since Lisa had a big star wearing her dresses… Also please please please danni go back 2 short hair

I think it’s great that Dannii is showcasing not so internationally known Australian designs. There is a lot of talented designers here that don’t get much international exposure.

That kaftan dress is HIDEOUS…It’s very eurotrash…it’s kinda like something Tamara Mellon would wear on holiday with full make up on the beach. Just no.

Love that Dannii is supporting Aussie designers! Lisa Ho dresses are always gorgeous but compared to the “wow factor” of the J’aton numbers, i’m feeling a little underwhelmed this week.

i have to admit that lisa ho is a great australian fashion designer
i have tried on 2 beautiful dresses from her collection but these two were shocking danni could have picked much nicer dresses than these i was really disappointed with her choices
