Former Destiny Child’s singer LeToya Luckett sparkled at her “Lady Love” Album Release Party back in August wearing a Haute Hippie sequin dress which she belted and paired with nude pumps.
59 year old singer Natalie Cole, looked as young as LeToya when she wore the same dress to the “2009 Angel Ball to Benefit Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation” in New York last week.
Despite the her dress being covered in sequins it was Natalie herself that sparkled, from her eyes to her smile so she wins for me.
Also this dress doesn’t need a belt. It looks better hanging loose.

I personally prefer the belt with this dress otherwise it’s just shapeless.
I agree.
I agree also and I am not a belt girl but this defintely looks better belted.
Could u pleeeez do the outfits Rihanna wears in her new video ‘wait ur turn’? they r so kool!
if I find the pictures
I think the nude pumps work with this dress, but it’s totally better without the belt. And Natalie is simply amazing!! Unbelievable she’s about to turn 60!!
Natalie Cole looks so stylish!
Without belt most definitely!
I like them both, it’s a hard one they both show different ways to wear the dress. I gave to Natalie just because of her age and she looks fab. I hope I look that good when i’m her age, she is blessed.
It becomes way way too short with the belt and I like Natalie’s shoes better, so, for me, she wins.
Agreed!
With the belt, it ends up looking like a top, not a dress. She looks like she forgot to wear pants. Natalie wins for me.
Def. Natalie!
