In “Sex And The City” there are 5 main characters – Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, Charlotte and of course New York City.
In both the show and the film the girls rarely leave their 5 character behind, but on Friday Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon were both spotted filming SATC2 in Morocco.
Miranda is the archetypal New Yorker were summers equals air conditioned offices, restaurants, department stores and apartments.
I can just imagine Miranda complaining how hot she is in Morocco, as she tries to prevent herself from burning wearing Factor 50 sunscreen.
Her look is very chic as she tried to keep cool wearing a white wide brimmed hat to keep the sun off her fair skin, paired with a white blazer, a white bag and a white Hermes Spring 2009 halter neck pleated dress.
SJP as Carrie looked adorable as always sporting a Christian Dior J’Adore black tee, a typically Carrie voluminous skirt and of course she completes the look with Manolo Blanik lezzie heels.
The criss cross sandals have a perforated detail all over them.
After Miley made me consider boycotting the movie with her guest appearance, I’m back on track.
“Sex and the City 2″ hits theaters May 28, 2010.

Carrie looks horrible in alll the looks we’ve seen of her minus the white Halston one wich i adored. And what’s that of re runing that hideous dior tee?? We’re talkin about a woman who buyed a pair of Manolos when she was a bit down and now she can’t buy a tee?? This movie’s gonna kill Carrie’s mith if her looks don’t go better.
patricia has lost her magic in my opinion since the tv show. especially when she said the fashion for the movie would be amazing and out of this world. the only out of this world thing was the vivienne westwood dress. has carrie wore that tee before?
i suppose that Carrie has weared that tee before (it’s obviously from several seasons ago) cuz if not it would mean that the tee is second-hand or something like that wich will be even worst than a re-run
I don’t know if Patricia has lost her magic, but the idea of a second Sex and the City movie gives me creeps! I mean, don’t you all think this is just something done for the sake of money, for scrapping more from the success of the tv show? This is such a disappointment, because I know this movie won’t add anything to what we have loved in the show and in the characters, but maybe it will take some of the remaining magic out.
Oh yes I truly believe it’s done for the money.
it is obviously done for the money, they know that no matter what the story women, gay man and even husbands being dragged by their wives will go and see it.
but the first movie ended great carrie and big finally happy, i have a feeling they are gonna do the predictable thing big screws up and carrie takes him back. but maybe carrie will screw up for once.
The Hermes look was sexy on the runway, on Cynthia not so much lol BUT it works.

Actually, it’s the fashion that’s the fifth character. Just look at all the litt written about it – Bruzzi and Gibsons book is by far the best.

I definitely think Patricia Fields has lost her magic. The fashion in d movie was just so exaggerated and unrealistic, i mean Miranda who used to be the slob of the group when she was single, how can she become so glam now that she is middle aged and has a family and career?
Also, i wish we were left with the dvd to remind us of what a gr8 tv show it was cos the movie’s a big flop! Take away all the tza tza zoo and it was just so predictably boring! D appeal of SATC was bcos it defied society’s expectation of women but this show was so typical. If i were to write it, i would have made Miranda cheat on Steve bcos she’s fed up of married life, Samantha will definitely be unfaithful to Smith bcos she is Samantha and my dear Stanie(Stanford) wld’ve had more lines? (lol)
But seriously what next for movie 2? everyone popping babies?!
