Billboard’s 4th Annual Women In Music

Its so nice to see Beyonce Knowles wearing something so soft and feminine.

The singer’s hair was super straight as she walked the red carpet wearing a jade pleated Malandrino Resort 2010 dress with draped skirt and ruffled shoulders, paired with ivory Sergio Rossi leather heels.

When she doesn’t appear to be trying to hard to make style statements she really look fabulous.

This was the perfect choice to pick up her Women of the Year Award.

Lady GaGa Style found the blue gown the singer wore which was designed by Manchester Metropolitan University graduate Holly Russell.

The blue gown has beetle wings and black synthetic hair wefts woven into the shoulders and neckline.

Keeping the look true to the runway, Lady GaGa didn’t line the sheer gown and she didn’t surprisingly wear runway magpie head wear.

GaGa was there to pick up her Rising Star Award.

When I first saw this look on Michelle Williams it immediately reminded me of the Chanel Pre-Fall 2009 LBD with a gold fanned statement necklace.

Her LBD and gold necklace was paired with very unimpressive heels.

I wish Gaga had worn the headpiece – the dress doesn’t really jell without it (I’m serious!). Love Beyonce’s dress, but not lovin her hair or earrings.

Beyonce looked great. Glad to see she seemed to have lost all the Tacky Tina Creations!

Did Michelle grab those shoes from her grandmother’s closet? Not cute!

I’m with you on this! I’ve been thinking about what excactly is bothering me about her looks and it’s definitely the hair. It’s just not doing anything for me and makes her looks blah…

As much as Beyonce has become more fashion-forward recently, this look goes to show you can’t beat a pretty dress that is not dripping in embellishments or has a plunging neckline. Love this look so much!!!
