I’m a little surprised to see Olivia Wilde and January Jones on this poll (sorry if someone’s mentioned this already!!) but I went for Amber Heard, she looks great.

Yeah I agree… it looks out of place with all the other frocks and of course they’ re the standouts.. they were at the emmy’s.

So i chose to ignore them, hehe.. and i voted for Julie in Jason Wu. But I also loved Iman.

This week it has to be January Jones with Olivia Wilde a close second. I was so tempted to go with VB mostly because I loved her Spring 2010 collection and have been deprived of her usually fabulous self for so long. This is the last look I really liked since the Loewe ensemble.

Amber Heard looks great too – she seems to just get better and better on the style-front.

Hands down, January Jones was best dressed of the week. Not that everyone else was dressed badly. It’s just that January’s look overall was just so simple, so understated and elegant that it spoke to me and shouted “Pick Me! Pick Me!!”…

    God, I love this look…

What? Neither Emma Watson nor Selita Ebanks made the list? That’s a little ridiculous seeing as they both looked amazing this week!

It’s clear that I can’t please everyone with this poll.

I said Selita was BDOTW worthy and everyone who commented said they hate the necklace so I didn’t put her in.

I will change it this time only to include Emma.

Well, seeing as it’s your site and your poll, I think we can all live with that, right? :)
My vote hands down to January Jones for originality and personality. Love the minty green colour.

Ooo Emma and Mischa have my heart here!

I know Olivia and January are obviously the actual best dressed, but don’t think it’s fair they have really been added in the poll due to their dresses being Award Ceremony and thus in a league of their own …also being in that separate poll… so i’m excluding my them from my choices and going for Mischa

…. Amber also looked amazing! Atm i see she has recieved 0% :(

I agree they should be added to the poll because it’s a major event to “hello” of course they look amazing.

In the past I excluded major events and considered the stars had already been voted for in the ‘Best Dressed At The Emmy’s’ poll, but too many people complained that they were not included.

Now it seems people are seeing things my way because a lot of comments on this post are saying that they are overlooking the Emmy’s dresses as they feel like they have voted for them already.

I’m also shocked at the lack of love for Amber.

Ah you can’t please everyone i guess! We all know how us fashion lovers can be so indecisive lol.

Looks like Ambers crept up, and Mischa down! Can’t wait to see where the girls end up – with Emma and January far in the lead, i’m now turning my interests on who’s going to win between these too trailers lol

You could be right actually. It looks like the Galaxy dress, but it wasn’t originally done in that colour.

At first I thought it was Black Halo, but Iman wouldn’t wear a check Black Halo dress.

I voted for Mischa Barton, i decided to overlook the Emmy’s girls, as i felt that it would be unfair if i voted for them lol. So I voted for Mischa Barton, she made such an ugly dress excruciatingly beautiful, and that’s definately a feat considering how mischa usually dresses.

This is so funny – i had decided to vote for Ines Rivero, and then i got home and Emma was in her place! Oh well, it’s impossible to please everyone, and I’m easy, i’ll just vote Emma as she does look killer in her burberry (feel like i’ve already voted for January, i know it’s a different list, but once is enough for me…)

I love this game! This is the first time I’ve played.

My first instinct of course was Emma because I’ve just finished my first LFW & everything’s all gaga for Burberry (when they’re not being gage for Christopher Kane) but objectively, in that shot, the belt kind of cut her in half. Just looking at the shots without judging the women OR their designers, I went for Natalia in Stella! (even tho I don’t usually like Stella’s stuff).

And I got it so wrong! Or rather only 3%, or 30 people, agreed with me. 29, counting me : )

Hope you’re loving our time in Milan, FC. I’m kicking myself I didn’t go – a dear friend lives nearby on a lake, and I was so pooped from shooting & posting on LFW I forgot to make plans. Wishing you as magic a time there as I’ve just had here! jCx

LOL.. I call this my ‘game’ as well… every friday I ask my mum and sister if they want to ‘play’ and then we see who is winning.. and then we ponder why that could be.. it’s a ritual already!

That’s good to know that it’s every Friday. I know: I’m gong to ask MY mother and MY sister this Friday!

I’m curious to know if they’ll pick the same girls.. wouldn’t it be interesting if our mothers pick the same, and our sisters, etc… I can sense a ritual starting, too.

      This is getting crazy.

I LOVED both Blake’s dresses, but every single comment said she was too sexy and that they hated her hair.

At that point it was clear that the majority didn’t like her look.

Every week this poll has complaints and it’s clear that I won’t be able to please everyone

I agree. whats wrong with being too sexy ? is it a crime to have long legs and just be gorgeous even in questionable hair (which i btw loved!) and minimal make-up ?

FC, ur too sweet. dont worry bout it but im kind of questioning how EVERYONE sways towards the same taste sometimes here. Either way, I’m glad i got to vote for Blake in at least the best of Emmy’s :)

Also, I have to give credit to Mischa this week – she made that dress look much better than it actually is imo.

I jus saw January’s dress on the Versace website……I must say that a good photograph makes all the difference. I definitely appreciate it more now, its quite exquisite in all the detail work on the bodice, edgy but romantic at the same time. The color cuts the edge in half and gives it a very soft outlook. I guess we miss out a lot of the intricate work gone into the dresses due to bad/unfocused pictures……
