Nicole Miller designs grace the red carpet at the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on 4 different actress making Nicole Miller the designer of the night.

Brittany Allen from “All My Children” dazzled on the red carpet in an ultra chic black strapless dress.

The rest of the ladies wore gowns made of Nicole Millers signature techno metal.

Veteran soap actress Renee Jones from “Days of Our Lives” looked elegant with her classic updo wearing a fitted one-shoulder pale lime green ruched gown.

Britney Allen’s co-star Denise Vasi also wore Nicole Miller, but opted for a bit of glamour in a fitted techno metal stretch gown in gunmetal grey.

And finally Victoria Rowell from “The Young and the Restless” wore a Nicole Miller signature techno metal ruched gown in gold, which gave us plenty of va va voom.

She maybe the designer of the night but I don’t like any of the dresses. I think they are boring.

There’s a sameness in these metallic dresses pictured above (in spite of the minor detail and colour differences) that I think kind of subverts the point of awards show dressing: to appear distinctive, different and to set yourself apart from other attendees.
